Sorry if you weren't able to make it in!
Two things about today’s comic strip.
Today's shocking Strip Search will SHOCK YOU!
Our own Galabriel was selected for inclusion into the Google Explorers Club, which might not actually be its name. I suspect there is a cool patch for your backpack, like the one you get for defeating a Gym Leader. What it means is that he was given the opportunity to travel on his own dime, and then purchase one at exorbitant cost which he'll never truly own. It's absolutely vital that he do so, though: I don't want to harangue people I see wearing them in public, I want to harangue him about them while I'm haranguing him about something else. Plus, and here's where they become a capital investment, these fucking things promise to be a strip generating engine.
It is our great pleasure to know the crew from Extra Credits, and I have suggested to James over there that I am at his service; he's just given me an opportunity to prove it.
I’m probably not going to play anymore Marvel Heroes. After the prologue I arrived at the Avengers headquarters and immediately saw tons of the free heroes as well as a few of the purchasable ones. It looks sort of silly to see five hawkeyes running around but I figured this was the hub where you buy shit, get outfitted and group up so it’s not a big deal. Tycho and I formed a party and jumped into the first zone. Now I was imagining that it would be an instance that Tycho and I would share and we would beat up some dudes together similar to Diablo or torchlight. That was not the case.
I had installed Marvel Heroes during a Beta Weekend, and it had been continually updated, so when it actually came out at ten yesterday morning I was in a very good position to play it.
Who will make it into the final 3?
Hey do you remember that Daughters of the Eyrewood drawing I made the other day? Well now you can buy a print of it!
We have some new offerings in the PA store that I wanted to share with you.
When you have made a successful game, making a sequel is just what happens. It's natural! Physics asserts itself, and the notion condenses out of the solution.
The Kickstarter is over, and I feel confident saying that this particular Kick has been well and truly catalyzed.
New Strip Search
My co-conspirator suggested that he had been up until midnight playing videogames, the way a young person might do, which was amusing to me because we were independently engaged in a similar (if not identical) enterprise.
Thursday is new Gabeart day. Watch me draw last Thursday's comic strip:
I'm trying to learn how to use all the fancy watercolor brushes in Manga Studio. I spent most of the day working on this new Daughters artwork.
